  • CYFS - The painting of exteriors in Wellington.
  • Wellington City Council - Maycroft Ltd - The refurbishment of a 100 Hanson street apartments.
  • McKee Fehl Ltd – The core painting of eight levels of the new IBM Building, Petone.
  • McKee Fehl Ltd – The interior fit out of seven levels of the Tower Building, Customhouse Quay, Wellington.
  • Ballandean Properties Ltd – Several interior fit outs & Storage King lock up facilities.
  • Ryman Healthcare Ltd – Malvina Major Retirement Village, Burma Road, Johnsonville. The interior & exterior of a multi story block with 49 apartments & common areas.
  • Ryman Healthcare Ltd – Shona McFarland Retirement Village, Mabey road, Lower Hutt. The interior & exterior of 62 townhouses.
  • Balanced Investments 2000 Ltd – Thorndon Green development, consisting of the interior & exterior of 8 Colonel Style townhouses with a retail value of over $4.8 Million
  • Harbourside Development - the interior & exterior of 21 new townhouses. The value of each house is $700,000.00 to $920,000.00 each.  Developer: Prichard Group.   
  • Belle Holdings Limited – various townhouse developments – both interior and exterior.
  • Molesworth Apartments, consisting of the interior of 40 apartments. Developer: Victoria Construction, part of the Te Paki Group.
  • EDS ltd -  8 Gillmor Tce - The refurbishment of 8 levels of offices & lift lobbies after hours.
